Insight

Westminster Presbyterian Preschool & Kindergarten (WPPK) had little to no digital presence, relying on a few outdated pages within the main church website that lacked relevant, accessible information. This created ongoing friction for both staff and families, as parents frequently had to call the school to find basic details such as schedules, tuition, and enrollment information. Without a dedicated website, WPPK was unable to clearly communicate its value, streamline inquiries, or establish its own identity separate from the larger church. Recognizing these challenges, the organization saw an opportunity to invest in a modern, standalone website that could better serve its community and support future growth.

Idea

We partnered with WPPK and approached the project with a focus on speed, simplicity, and long-term usability by leveraging Webflow as the primary platform. Moving beyond traditional WordPress development, our team utilized Webflow’s intuitive, design-forward environment to rapidly create and iterate on the site. Two initial design directions were developed using customizable templates, allowing WPPK to quickly select a preferred visual approach and accelerate the overall timeline. From there, the site was built entirely within Webfloweliminating the need for additional development resources while maintaining full design control. Our team also implemented SEO best practices and integrated Google Analytics to ensure performance tracking from launch. A major emphasis was placed on creating a user-friendly CMS structure, complete with role-based permissions, so WPPK staff could easily update content without risking the integrity of the site’s design. Supporting documentation was provided to ensure a smooth handoff and long-term sustainability.

Impact

The final result was a modern, fully independent website that significantly improved how WPPK communicates with its audience. By centralizing key information in a clear and accessible format, the new site reduced the need for routine phone inquiries and created a more efficient experience for both staff and families. The streamlined build process enabled a fast turnaround, while the intuitive CMS empowered the client to confidently manage their own content moving forward. The launch was seamless, with near-instant deployment, and the client expressed strong satisfaction with both the process and the final product. Internally, the project also marked a successful expansion into Webflow, reinforcing its ability to deliver high-quality, design-driven websites with greater efficiency and opening the door for future opportunities on the platform.
